[RESOLVED] Bought a used Axe IO on Reverb can't register

Not to happy. Received my used Axe IO today that I bought on Reverb. Using the serial number on the card in the box doesn't work. Gives me a 101 code.

This is ridiculous.

Sorry to hear that, you can reach out to IK Support or to the seller to see if they properly transfered/deactivated. The users/admins/mods on this forum will not be able to assist you directly but support and/or the seller can. IK Support should be able to handle getting you drivers etc too.

Hi, Did you try to reg it in the product manager or web page? I found not reg mine on the web page but I could in the product manager ... I hope this helps.
