The headphone input on my iRig HD2 is broken. Whenever I plug in my headphones, I don't get any sound, and I can easily move the headphone jack around within the iRig. It appears that the input is too loose and is not making proper contact to produce sound through the headphones.
I am looking for a solution to this problem. Would it be possible to fix this issue by opening up the plastic casing of the iRig to access its interior and tighten the input slot for the headphones? I would appreciate any assistance with this matter, but I'm hesitant to attempt it myself, as I don't want to cause any further damage.
