I purchased an iRig HD 2 for my 11-year-old as a Christmas gift to connect his guitar to an iPad for use with GarageBand. Although it works, I noticed that the USB connector on the iRig HD 2 easily loses connection if moved even slightly to the left or right.
As a result, the connection to GarageBand is disrupted, causing issues with the ongoing work. I recently set it up, but I am extremely disappointed with this problem. Have other people encountered this issue? Should I return the product to Guitar Center, or is it just a defective unit?
