Can't download Manuals

Purchased AXE I/O - created an account, logged in , and I can't download the manuals for it : 403 forbidden

You can access manuals on your system if you've installed the product (in this case the AXE I/O Control Panel) or from IK Product Manager or your IK User Area. This FAQ provides more detail on locations, etc: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=1395
