Irig Stream Firmware error

Postby Otuon-ofc1 » Sun Jan 15, 2023 6:49 am

Hoping someone can assist me with this. I am having issues getting audio to my Google Pixel 7 using apps outside of the Irig 3 and I checked and noticed there is a firmware update for the iRig Stream.

I connect the iRig to my computer and when I run the update it gives an error and a red light pops up on the "HIGH" tag of the signal. The error screen on the firmware updater is this:

Firmware is updating.
The operation could take several minutes to complete, please wait...
Do not disconnect while updating the device firmware.
No firmware update available for this device
Firmware update finished with ERRORS!
Now you can disconnect iRig Stream.

I was wondering if anyone else has run into this issue and if there is a way to resolve it.

Same here! Firmware update ended with the same error screen...
And no stereo input in irig recorder 3 , only mono...
My app is recognized "with issues" by my phone...
I can have a "stereo" if I plug , wait 2sec, then unplug a headset in my phone, while the Irig stream is working...

For both of you ...

Other users may chip in with suggestions.

Meanwhile, as this is not a company Support forum, the best thing to do is contact Technical Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.
