iRig app & Stream- still no multichannel (stereo) Android 12

Hi,

I bought Irig ​Stream to record my digital piano on my Android smartphone with Irig 3 recorder​.
I like the product, but unfortunately recording only works in mono​ (no multichannel access in settings). While​ ​IKI website announces stereo recording support with these products.

S​upport confirms that they are aware​ of the issue​ (already present with Android 10).... but that there is ​"​no ​timeline"​ ​with​ ​a fix​ ​for ​this ​major limitation... :/

​​The proposed workaround​,​ which consists in having to connect/disconnect a headset in the smartphone before each recording​,​ is not usable in the field.

I can't imagine that thousands of Android users are left without fix.

Same here.... same workaround with the headset...
But sometimes it bugs anyway...
...and i'm very afraid, reading all the androïd users' issues
...and since when
Can we hope for a fix, or just keep it like this?

Oh, and next androïd phones will be WHITOUT 3.5mm jack input... how will we do?
