No input on iRig Stomp I/O

Hi all

I have an iRig Stomp I/O that worked for a while, but after I moved house, it no longer sees an input signal. Connected to my Mac, it is getting power and the switches seem to operate as expected, but there is no input signal registering on the input level LEDs no matter the gain setting.

Questions:

1. Is there anything obvious I'm missing?
2. Assuming it might be a loose/broken connection, does anyone have experience in opening these things up and debugging?
3. Are there authorized repair centers in the U.S.?

It seems odd that it stopped working after you moved house. Did the removal team break it?
