Does Stomp I/O work with MacBook M1?

Postby mikeyp2000 » Fri Dec 30, 2022 6:25 pm

I have amplitube 5 and an Irig HD 2 on my Mac M1 (2021 laptop)

All is well and works fine.

I hoped to add a foot controller to switch presets and use the looper so bought a Blueboard.

Then I discovered the blueboard doesn't work with M1 Macs. only older ones. (Even though it says 'compatible with Mac', it is not.)

So, I'm thinking I could try a Stomp I/O instead (and return the blueboard and sell the iRig HD2).

But does Stomp I/O work with M1 Mac computers? I'd not be surprised to find out it also wouldn't work.

Thanks

Thanks for your answer. Sadly the stomp IO seems to be out of stock in the U.K.

We wait with baited breath…,

Try changing your input to HX Stomp Connect the studio monitors to the stereo output of the HX stomp.

Headphones may need to be adjusted in Global Settings to activate the outputs.
