K, i have it apart and the part number for the board is 041-001-1-03.
Support has not helped with repair at all. Is there a service center where I can get the part or check the price?
oh, and forget trying to get thru to a human on their phone support or tech support... why even offer an option to press a button for that support if NONE exists?
