Hi. I bought irig hd 2 a few days ago and it arrived today. I have done the driver updates but I am getting an error in the firmware update. The error message is:

ERROR: Firmware update failed!
Please close and restart the application or contact IK MULTIMEDIA technical support
Firmware update finished with ERRORS!
Now you can disconnect iRig HD 2
Note:the operating system i use is windows
