Hi, I just bought a used AXE I-O and my windows pc cannot recognize the hardware. I can hear the classical windows sound when an external device is inserted, but i cannot see the interface by right clicking the sound icon in the task bar.
I heard that by registering the product I could update the drivers and so allow windows to make it work but since the unit is used I dont have the serial ID. Is it possible to get one If I give all the necessary information about my purchase and the unit number? Thanks
