Anyone has this problem?
When I use Irig with IPad I have a crakling noise with instrument sound.. constant white noise.
Then I tried with an Iphone 7 as the IPad is very old. I get less of a white noise but it is still there, unplayable live.
Then I connected with a Laptop. It is definetely less white noise/crackling sound, and for some synths/sounds I hear not noise/crackling sound.. but I can hear for others.. so the problem still exists.
I tried different cables as I have spares from other Irig product. Same result.
The firmware is up to date.
My thinking is that there is a hardware problem.. however IKMultimedia does not answer any of the cases I submitted..
So there isn't at the moment any support.
I imagine there is a warranty on the product but without communication with IK how can one use it?
