Help: Wrong Serial Number Sent With iRig Keys IO 49!

Hello IK Multimedia team,

I just got a new iRig Keys IO 49.

In the box was a registration card.

Moving too fast, I put the serial number on my account and it added an iLoud Micro Monitor to my account.

How can I remove that, and get the correct registration card/serial numbers for my iRig Keys IO 49 system (including the bonus software that comes with it)?

(Also, please don't remove the iLoud Monitors that I do own from my account LOL).


I aso put a ticket in for this, but hoping this method is faster (trying to use this weekend to get everything set up for a project on Monday).

Nope, it is not faster.
