IK Multimedia 90036 iRig Pro on iPad M1

Hello together,
I bought a new iPad Pro with M1 CPU and USB-C Connector. Now I want to connect my old iRig Pro Interface to the iPad, using a Lightning to USB-C adaptor, but nothing happens. How is it possible to use the iRig Pro with the new iPad?

I found a workaround. Using the USB-Cable instead the Lightning one and an USB-C -> USB-A Adaptor solves my problem.
