Hello everyone,

I've browsed everywhere for a solution of this to no avail.

I've an iRig Pro Duo bought new a couple of years ago. No problems so far, I've used it succesfully with my iPhone and with my PC, Plug & Play so I was very happy.
Now I'm trying to use it with a Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G running Android 11.
The problem is that it doesn't power up, ie. the blue LEDs do not light up when connected to the phone and of course the sound is not coming out of the direct monitor output. Yes I'm using the correct PSU and a micro USB to USB C adaptor.
Of course I'm aware that this is an phone related issue and not a fault of the interface.
