AXE IO Control Panel won't open

MacOS Catalina 10.15.7.
Downloaded and installed AXE I.O Control Panel. Click to open, and nothing.
AXE I/O interface is working with no issue.

Well, I found the icon in the menu bar. When I click SHOW CONTROL PANEL, it opens and says the AXE I/O Control Software is outdated. Please download the updated version here:
I click the link, and it takes me to the IK Product Manager download. v1.0.4....which is what I have.
The version of the Control Panel I installed is v1.2.0.
What's up?
