Hi all,

I have used my iRig Stomp I/O twice and then it stopped working.

I had the humiliation of playing with it during a gig and it stopped working in the middle. As it is a quite expensive equipment, I am trying to find a solution to the problem... have any of you already experienced an iRig Stomp I/O stuck with two red lights for the "Gain" and "Volume" indicators? The foot switches LEDs display a green light, however the gain and volume won't change and show only the two top RED lights.

Even after changing my iPhone to an iPad, it won't work again. I have already tried to change the input instrument without success.

I have already reached the IK Multimedia support, but I cannot update the equipment firmware, it is completely blocked into this state.

Would you have any advice on it? :)

Other users may chip in with suggestions, but the best thing to do is go back to Support and ask for further advice.
