AXE I/O Solo but with Amplitube 4 Deluxe

Hi.
The local music store sells AXE I/O Solo but with Amplitube 4 Deluxe which i already own.
If i purchase it will i get free upgrade to Amplitube 5?

When you register AXE I/O you would also get AmpliTube 5 SE per this page: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/a ... php?p=apps

As long as this is a new unit, from an authorized IK dealer.
