Is it possible to open the case of the I rig stream?

Hello. I was trying to use my Iraq stream and I noticed that I wasn’t getting any output. I tried to remove the RCA cables and noticed that the metal tip of the red cable had come loose inside of the port on the bottom of the stream. Then, the metal tip was pushed inside of the I rig and is now rattling around inside. Is there anyway to disassemble the stream to remove the metal tip?
