Hello
I've bought an axe I/O
The serial number in the box seems to be already actived by someone.
I've à ticket in the assistance since saturday but no responce.
Howewer I've sent my invoice and the serial number ticket to the assistance,
Anyone can help me because I can't use my hardware

Hello stephaneleca2b and welcome to the forum.

This is primarily a user forum. If you bought the unit privately then the seller should Transfer the licence to you.

The only people who can help you are Technical Support. You can Reply to the auto-acknowledgement from them asking for a progress report, further guidance etc.
