iRig Pro I/O - Replacement Cable

Postby PaulRBrierley » Sun Jan 31, 2021 1:56 pm

I have lost my iRig Pro IO to standard USB cable. The nearest cable available in the store doesn't match my product in the compatibility list. Where can I get a replacement?

Hello and welcome to the forum.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chip in. But please remember that the same symptoms do not necessarily mean the same problem.

Meanwhile, the best thing to do is check the FAQs, via here. If they do not resolve the issue, there is a link at the top of the Search FAQs page to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help. Response time is usually within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

And, to help others who run into a similar problem, please let us know what you did to resolve the problem. Please do not quote directly any correspondence from Support, as that may apply only to your particular circumstances and may lead others down the wrong track.

Sorry, that cable should list iRig Pro I/O. As soon as I'm done typing this I'm going to alert the team to add it to the page. The correct cable is this: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/c ... -din-cable

Again, sorry about that, but I'll have it fixed when the team in Italy is able to update the site too. I verified with our Support Manager that was the correct USB cable for iRig Pro I/O and he confirmed I wasn't imagining things :)
