iRig 2 Doesn't Work on Any Device

I've tried the iRig 2 on a 2015 MacBook Pro running Catalina, an iPad Mini 4, and an iPhone 11ProMax, through Garageband AND AmpliTube and all I can manage is static. I've submitted a ticket, with no reply.

Is there another product anyone knows of that actually works?

When you submit a ticket using the Technical Support form you should get an automatic acknowledgement with the Ticket number. if you submitted using the general "Contact Us" form then there is no automatic acknowledgement.)

You can reply to the email at any time asking for a progress report, or further advice or information. If you need to, you can escalate the issue - please see the forum Guidelines thread in the Announcements section..
