iRig Stomp i/o will pedals not working with iphone

Let me know if there is an easy fix for this.

For some reason when pressing the pedals nothing switches on live mode on my iphone. What is odd when i switch from one pedal to the next on my iphone the corresponding light on my iRig turns green so i know the two are at least connected.


I have looked for about an hour online to trouble shoot this and the only thing i see different it that in my live view it says Preset Mode vs Stomp mode which i have seen online.

Any thoughts on this?

I have the same situation.
I saw a fix in one Post, in iphone settings, passwords and face, there is a setting for USB off when lock screen or something like that. Turn it on. This worked for me once...and it was flawless, but now I cant get it to work again, regardless of that setting.

It wont work in stomp or preset mode. Manually you can control the app with the phone.

I've also tried it in standalone and regular mode (power off and back on holding the 1 button down)

It works, and is amazing once you find the sound you are looking for, but the pedal is useless in this config if it cant control Iphone...

I'm using an iphone 11 with latest updates.

Any other suggestions?

Same here. Cannot control my Iphone with the iRig Stomp. Very irritating

Cannot control the iRig with my iPhone.
All is well plugged and as I move around the Iphone menu, the lights
change in the pedal board. But not the other way around.
Could you please help me?

At the end I succeeded. this solution is valid for all ios and all iPhones with this connection problem. air drop sharing must be disabled. set to inactive reception. hello to everything

From what I've seen/heard there is no such requirement. You might want to consult IK Support for an official fix that doesn't disable AirDrop functionality.
