irig Keys I/O 25 - Garageband iOS Arpeggiator issue

Hey folks,

My first time posting here on IKM forums.

I'm having trouble with my iRig Keys I/O 25 and GB (IOS).

It connects and plays fine. However, when I select the arpeggiator mode on Garageband iOS and play the iRig controller it does not produce an arpeggio sound...but the keys on the iPad screen will.

Has anyone come across this issue? Would love to hear some help or advice.

I have this issue as well. I’ve made sure that the iRig Keys has the latest firmware but the problem persists. Furthermore, I can’t control Garageband like with the macOS version.

I also have problem to control iOS GB via knobs on iRig Keys I/O.

Did anyone had a chance to get a hint how to solve it? I tried both all factory presets with no success. It may be similar reason with appregiator.

I did open a ticket in Support, so far no contact from their side.

IK Multimedia Support informed it should not work with iOS as I expected. There is no possibility to control iOS GarageBand with the iRig Keys I/O.
