Lighting cable not working with IRig Duo

I am trying to connect the IRig Pro Duo with my iPhone using the cable comes with the package. However, the connect keeps dropping whenever I have music play from the iPhone. I tested IRig Pro duo with other the USB with other devices. It worked well. So, I believe it’s the cable problem.
Does the cable come with any warranty? I really don’t want to spend another $30 for the cable.

Yes, there is warranty coverage. You can open a ticket with IK Support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support and they will take care of you.
