Two usb audio interface inputs in Amplitube

I have a irig pro i/o and irig keys i/o
is it possible to set up in Amplitube 4 to have 2 inputs so i can record microphone through irig pro and guitar through irig keys.
The audio midi set up page only allows one input device at a time and it is the same for both channels.
I have tried stereo settings with input 1 channel 1 to irig pro i/o and input 2 channel 2 to irig keys i/o but it changes settings on both channels.

Are you using a DAW or just the AmpliTube program?

in the DAW you should be able to set up that up.

I am trying to get it to work directly in amplitube 4. Not in a DAW
