Has anyone been able to connect blueboard to a mac? What is the process? I see the instructions for an iphone/ipad, but nothing for a mac.

I'm running into the issue where there is no device that is in the list of bluetooth devices when I turn the blueboard on. Has anyone had a succesful pairing with blue board to mac? They advertise the compatibility on the site, but when you try to learn more all you get is marketing fluff, or sent to download the product manager.

What operating system are you using? Also, do you have the latest firmware on your device?

To check for the latest firmware, turn on the unit holding "A" and let us know if this blinks on power up. If so, you are updated.

macOS can be used in two ways with iRig BlueBoard. The iRig BlueBoard app from your User Area -> My Products section of your IK Multimedia account or the Audio/MIDI Set up for macOS. The iRig BlueBoard app will be a fairly simple connection process. Just launch the app with Bluetooth enabled on your device, and follow the on-screen instructions.

macOS 10.15 users can see here for some extra help:

If you do have the latest firmware, below are the steps to connect toy our macOS Audio/MIDI set-up:
