Stomp io w/Logic Pro 10.4.1/Mojave

Is there a trick to get the Stomp io to work like it does through the stand alone Amplitube 4
on a Mac/Mojave and Logic Pro 10.4.1

Signal is fine, just can’t get buttons to change program/presets

Works perfect through stand alone

Try out this video from HiFi MIDI which goes over MIDI control of AmpliTube in Logic Pro X. This should help get you going.

Sorry that didn't help. MIDI control of AmpliTube is how you'll get the foot switch to work. The video below might better clarify the connection between the two.

Note: This first video doesn't use AmpliTube (Skip to the middle/end for Logic Pro X use), but the same process applies. The goal is to simply send MIDI from the controller to the plug-in. I will check with the guys to see if they can get a good example of the set-up in Logic Pro X specifically. I know that's the set-up Charlie Benante uses, so it's 100% possible.


This one should help demonstrate the iRig Stomp I/O use in a DAW. It's Ableton Live, but the concept is the same. Any settings applied in stand-alone live mode will carry over to the DAW.
