Issue with Stomp I/O

Hi there

I have an issue regarding output volume on my Stomp I/O. This was first referred to the team on the 1st of May (TN 7786535), but ultimately was not resolved (understandable given the pandemic). However, I raised another ticket on the 7th of August (TN 5803592) and I still have heard nothing.

Is there anything I can do to speed this process up?
