Irig UA weak volume in my headphones - Help !

Hello.
I plug my electric guitare in a iRig UA, ( Microphones opens of course)
and i use AmpliTube UA on my smartphone by a cable "micro USB/USB C"
I have a Samsung S9 plus. ( i try on may samsung TAB A, it's the same problem)
I put the "enter level" on max ( 20), in AmpliTube UA.
I plug my headphones ( HD25 Sennheiser ), the max volume on the IRig.
I don't realy understand why, but the volume is very low.
That is impossible to use it. The level is too weak.
Do you have a idea?

Your headphones are rated at 70ohms, which may be too much impedance for the preamp in the Irig UA to drive. I don't have one of those, but I looked at the user manual and it doesn't list the max output impedance, so I can't say for sure if that's the issue.

I'd contact support to see what the maximum output impedance in ohms is for your Irig UA.
