irig stream & android phone

When I hooked my irig stream up to my Samsung note 8 it worked a few times, i tried this weekend, and i was getting a terrible buzzing sound. i have 2 irigs and the same thing was happening. what could be the issue.

I would recommend testing with the method in this FAQ https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=1290 and if it doesn't help then you can reach out to IK Support directly for official technical support via the link at the bottom of the FAQ
