Irig hd 2 asio drivers

I'm interested in buying this product to use on my windows pc.
I would like to know if i will be able to play stuff like youtube in the background while using amplitube with the asio drivers. I'm currently using asio4all and because it runs in exclusive mode i can't do anything sound related.
