Original iRig not recognised by asio4all

Postby jonnyrod » Tue Jul 14, 2020 8:30 am

I know it's old school but I'm using an original iRig and can't get asio4all to recognise it when it's plugged into my acer laptop running Amplitube 4. Is this interface not supported anymore? Works fine on my ipad. Thanks,

Jon

The iRig 1 uses a 3.5mm connection and works in an analog style function. This will not be seen as a digital input on Mac/PC. While not officially Windows compatible, if you have a CTIA/AHJ wiring standard port this will work. Normally these are featured on Realtek audio cards. Keep in mind, this is not officially compatible. We would suggest iRig HD 2 or an iRig with a USB port for this.
