How to set up AXE I/O in Pro Tools 12 HD

Hello guys!

I am desperately trying to set up my Axe I/O in Pro Tools. I am new in Pro tools so no clue, can anyone guide me through this pleeeease!

I don't have ProTools or Windows, but I'll post Peter's (IKM) notes about installing the correct Windows drivers.
