Irig stream BRAND NEW won't work

Ijust received my Irig stream today after ordering over a week ago and it doesn't work at all. I found a DC charger that fits to see it would light up at least. It lit up all the lights then went back black. I've tried multiple inputs and NO SIGNAL is working for it. SOMEONE HELP!
