Crackling stuttering while on the Internet.

I have a new I=9 Digital Storm rig and run the AXE with JBL monitors for all my sound. Whenever the Internet stack is active, it cracks my sound, sputters, occasionally the driver blows altogether. It happens in Firefox and IE so it isn't a Browser. It happens in MediaMonkey and WMP. I have Win 10 -64. It is a MAJOR annoyance! I have disabled the the Windows sound driver, uninstalled the NVidia HD thing, tried updating AXE driver...i cannot figure out why the USB sound is interacting with the WIFI driver!?!?!? Any thoughts?

I assume you have an AXE I/O when you mention "AXE" in your previous post. A lot of people may think you are talking about your guitar when they see the word AXE. This sub-forum has several hardware devices in it and if your title included AXE I/O it probably would have caught my eye...
