I cannot register my iRig Keys I/O 25

Hello,

Yesterday I bought an iRig Keys I/O 25 at "West Evenement" in Rennes, whos sales IK products. It's of course a new one, with a register card with a serial number, but it's impossible to register it ("The provided serial number cannot be registered (code -101)")... What can I do ?...

Hi, that error is not something the mods/admins or users of this forum can diagnose, please open a support ticket with IK Support via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support and they will gladly assist you and get you registered. Thanks!
