IRig stomp controllig AmpliTube in Cubase

Has anyone had any luck using USB into Cubase to control AmpliTube.
By using the iRig Stomp IO Port 1 for in and out I can change patches but can seem to get the Wah to work even when switching to stomp mode on iRig Stomp io
Also I have managed to get some of the stomps to turn on and off but only after pressing the relevant switch twice, is it something to do with latch or curve mode in the midi section?
Any advice from anyone would be much appreciated :D

I’ve created a track in Cubase audio 1 and opened Amplitube as an insert.
Created a midi track and named it Stomp io selected midi
IRig Stomp io Port 1
And the one below to
Audio:: ins.1. Amplitube4- MIDI in.
Some things work but still can’t get midi learn to find the Wah sweep etc
