iRig HD2 Can't get it to work

Hello - I purchased an iRig HD2 months ago and it was working perfectly. Took a little bit of a break and went to use it the other day and haven't been able to get it to work since!

I have spent hours trying to get this thing to work again. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

My step

-Windows 10 Pro, Build 1809
-USB connected directly to the computer
-Reinstalled ASIO4ALL drivers
-Reset the default setting in AmpliTube4 under Settings > Audio MIDI Setup > Panel > clicked the hot air balloon button
-Restarted computer many times

I have no idea what i am doing wrong!

Any tips?

My Audio MIDI Setup settings are below

Technology ASIO
Input Device - ASIO4ALL v2
Left channel: Audio Output with SST 1
Right Channel: Audio Output with SST1

Output Device - ASIO4ALL v2
Left Channel - Audio output with SST 2
Right Channel - Audio output with SST 2

Buffer Size : 512

Under Step 6, "You will see various devices listed under the WDM Device List." I don't see any WDM list...

Is that an issue?

You will need to see iRig HD 2 there. If you don't or are having issues, I'd suggest working directly with IK Support for official support via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support if you have not opened a ticket already. They can diagnose what's going on.
