Korg module disconnects

I keep getting a message that my IRig Pro Duo is disconnected. Not sure why but it may be related to my midi levels are solid RED. I am using an iPad Pro and don't know how to adjust the level going into the IRig.

Hi there.

I've moved this topic into the Interfaces and Controllers forum as you're more likely to get a response from other users.

It would be advisable to change your username to something different to an email address - nefarious characters could use this to send you spam mail.
