PC will not recognise Axe I/O

I'm just trying to set up a new AXE i/O and the PC won't see it... it won't show up in Sound Control Panel after multiple re-boots, etc.
My IRig Stomp I/O works fine...

Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi, just to make 100% sure: You have installed the latest drivers from your IK User Area?
