USB-C to Mini-din cable not working

I just bought a new iPad and was super eager to use with my istomp i/o and it is failing to communicate with ipad. Have not control over amplitube live. Have only used istomp once with old ipad...please help. Stomp not even working with iphone x and supplied cable.

Do I have a defective box?

I'm not sure what would cause that but please open a ticket with IK Support at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/ and they will assist you directly to diagnose what is going on. Thanks!

Did you mange to get this resolved? Does your IPad now work with a USB-C to mini-DIN cable?
