Since this thread had to be cleaned up of some relayed misinformation, and incorrect information and the compatible device list is stated at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/i ... hp?p=specs I have to lock this thread.

Note also that iRig Keys I/O will work with newer iPhones and iPads even with USB-C connectors using the official cable IK released after Apple changed from Lightning to USB-C: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/c ... din-cable/

This information and any ongoing support ticket will resolve any issues mentioned in this thread. Hence the locking.
