IRig Pro not picking up signal from guitar

Hello
My IRig Pro is not picking up the signal from any of my guitars.
I connect the IRig Pro to my PC, the LED is dull blue.
I open Guitar Rig 5 or Amplitube 4, The LED changes to bright blue.
I plug in a guitar.
The LED remains bright blue when I strum. (it should turn green)
If I turn the gain button all the way up, the LED turns green, but no sound when strumming the guitar.
My IRig Pro is 2 years old.
Any help would be appreciated.
