Minimum PC Requirements?

I have a Dell laptop that is an i7-6500 @ 2.5 GHz with 16 GB of RAM. 64 bit Operating System, Windows 10. I tried a Behringer Interface and just bought the irig Stomp iobut still having issues in that it seems the CPU can’t handle AmpliTube 4 Deluxe. I have everything turned off in the background. It will play but then keeps cutting out. I switched all cables with new ones and same issue.

What are the minimum PC requirements? I could not find any specs listed on the website on the forums.
