Thinking of getting Stomp IO

Postby Mr.Bluesman » Sat Aug 25, 2018 2:35 pm

Hi,

I'm thinking of getting a iRig Stomp IO to use with Amplitube Via applink in Garageband iOS iPad

My question is if I'm playing through AmpliTube using the controller does it act as an interface and play back Audio from Garage Band, Xdrummer or other apps. Or do I still need something like the IRig Pro Duo?

Basically can I play live guitar along to backing tracks I create for live use?

I want to be able to use my Roland Street Cube live with Guitar,Backing Tracks and a vocal on the amp.

Currently using various Guitar FX, Boss VE-2 and a Digitech Trio Plus. Just want to simplify wires and connections plus get better Drums than the Trio has.

I am aware it only has 1 input but thats fine I'm happy to continue using the separate vocal processor and its own channel on the amp. It's just the guitar side really.

I'll be recording tracks in Garage Band leaving certain guitar parts to play live whilst singing .

Thanks in advance

Ended up going for a blueboard with Irig Pro Duo so I could have 2 inputs
