Hello, I create a ticket about iRig Pro I/O which don’t work to support team 25.04.2018. In this moment I don’t receive the answer!!! Why so long???

That is not the usual experience, IK Support will typically reply within one business day. I'll relay your ticket information to the team but please do check your spam/junk folders in the mean time (as well as checking via the link in the confirmation email where you received your ticket number as any replies from support would also appear there) if you haven't done so already.
