I did. And I also mentioned this in my initial post. Contacted Support About 2 weeks ago. Still no response from them. I was hoping for a more detailed answer here.

There are many using iRig Pro I/O with iOS (we used many at NAMM with headphones too) so please continue to let support know and work with them and your issue will get resolved.
