Can I "delete" a hardware product from my account? I sold it

Dear all:

Because I don´t use my iRig HD and Blueboard, I sold to a colleague that really use them. How can I transfer or "delete" from my account these products.

If I remove my account, would my registrated product then be unregistrated again? And available for someone else to register?

No, that would not work. You would need to transfer your IK products by using the steps from this FAQ: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=44

That could be problematic.

The best thing to do is contact Sales Support, via here who may be able to look at your old Account.. Response time normally is within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time. Administrators and Moderators here cannot access your Account.
