irig pdo duo phantom power noise issue

I recently bought irig pro duo studio suite and I experience this noise from the left input when the phantom power is on while the right one works fine. I tried with all possible powering options the result is the same. When I plug the condenser mic on the left side it makes noise regardless of the gain level or any other thing. me touching the cable or the turning gain knob is enough to get noise on the headphones and in the recording as well. The right input works good.

I need some comment on this issue.

This looks like a possible hardware issue. It would be best to check your cables, connections, and contact support for an in-depth look. Remember, the iRig Pro Duo is covered by the IK warranty period, so the team can help get you what you need and/or point you in the right direction to get back to making music.
